Kiotari Akti Beachfront Villas

   Each villa is built just a few steps away from the beach. It has its own private pool and it offers a stunning view of the Aegean Sea. It has several rooms spread in two floors and it can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child.

   On the first floor you can find a double bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The ground floor includes one bedroom with two single beds, a WC and the living room with a flat screen smart satellite TV and a sofa bed which can accommodate two more people.

   On the ground floor you can also find, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, electric kettle, and an oven which gives the visitor, the opportunity to prepare meals taking advantage of the fresh local products such as fish, vegetables and meat.

   All the villas have beautiful gardens where the Louisa, the Daphne and the Myrtia plants can be found. By the pool you can find 4-6 sunbeds, parasols, a wooden pergola, and also a dining area which you may sit and enjoy your breakfast or meal under the sun, staring at the magical Aegean Sea.
